The room cleanliness exceeded my expectations, with no strange smells at all. The staff were genuinely friendly and went out of their way to assist when needed.

I had an amazing time here! The King Room with Spa Bath was a total dream, with a whirlpool tub that melted the day away. Plus, the hot breakfast buffet had the best cinnamon rolls—a must-try!

Easy access from Highway made getting here simple. The room was spacious, clean, and had a good setup with fast food options nearby. Checking in was smooth, and the staff greeted me warmly. However, I noticed some repairs were going on near my room, but they didn't disrupt my stay. I appreciated the wheelchair-accessible rooms available next to the elevator.

We had a nice stay with our kids, enjoying the quick check-in and the cozy, clean room. The indoor pool was a perfect spot for the kids to splash around and we relaxed on the sun terrace after a long day on the road. The beds were a bit firmer than I prefer, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 😊

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement

Our experience had its ups and downs. The comfortable bed was a highlight, but the room itself felt outdated. Customer service needs a touch of warmth. the front desk staff could use training on hospitality. Try to enjoy the breakfast early for the best selection.

The room was clean and accommodating. Unfortunately, the noise from neighboring guests was bothersome. Close to a golf course, which is a nice plus.

During my recent stay, I loved how close we were to Mandala Gardens, which made for a beautiful morning stroll, and enjoyed some delicious food at Buffalo Wild Wings just a few steps away, truly enhancing our weekend experience. It was a family getaway where we appreciated the convenience of nearby parks and eateries for our explorations.

This hotel suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, and a fitness center. The staff once helped me with heavy luggage, and they were very attentive. I’ll be back for Xmas!
